Free online and telephone service that supports young people aged between 12 and 25 and their families going through a tough time.
Overview
Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds, along with assistance in promoting young peoples’ wellbeing.
This covers four core areas:
- mental health
- physical health
- work and study support and alcohol and other drug services.
Headspace centres are located across metropolitan, regional and rural areas of Australia. They are built and designed with input from young people so they don't have the same look or feel as other clinical services.
