Overview
SMART Recovery is a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based program for people with addictive behaviour. It is delivered in a mutual aid (self-help) group setting, guided by trained peers and professionals. Participants come to help themselves and help each other using a variety of cognitive behaviour therapy and motivational tools and techniques.
